I am pretty sure a police officer can't point a gun on someone with just a felling it need a proof

True, but it is very likely that she isn't a cop.
Some years back, we had this dumb-vertisement where a couple of undercover police were pointing their guns at a movie pirate who was only armed with a camera.
So it's probably not surprising that another monkey was elected for president after the previous monkey's term ended two years ago. This third monkey is the son of the first monkey, an infamous dictator, who has already been dead for several decades.
