@Degenerate4Daddy if someone says no and the other guy continues it is indeed r*e. No matter whether you think they're playing hard to get or don't really mean it, if your partner says no and you continue to have intercourse, it's considered r*e in every single part of the world. They're not roleplaying. Consent needs to be enthusiastic for an intercourse to be legally considered consensual.

@Lia121212 waw this was 2 years ago but i hope you know in the 3d world, people dont shake hands and ask "would you like to have s*x". a major problem with assault cases is that coersion is a touchy field in court which is why so many real cases are dismissed. body language and understanding intentions are a big part of it. in this 2d comic he's portrayed as a character who's dishonest with his real feelings and has also proven to stand on his business when he's truly displeased.
