Dude it's really messed up that you want to destroy someone because they ranked better than you at school. Then you're messing with someone you KNOW has been SAd and out through immense trauma, and emotional pain. Yes, for sure you should hate hIm for what he did to you. You should've reported him. But you didn't. SA victims never recover, they only learn to deal with the trauma. You need to either fix this or fix yourself. Don't stompwhat's already broken.
