@Tyth Vileblood Mostly because women tend to get away with crazy things for a long period of time before getting shut down so the problem exacerbates until it's completely out of control.  As per the example given, imagine a guy stalking a girl for years like she stalked the MC.  He'd be arrrested on day 2 or 3 instead of lasting 5+ years.
