How are y'all handling bottles of alcohol? Last week I tried drinking alone because I was miserable. Next morning, i can already fell the hot kinda numbing sensation in my stomach. The being miserable left, but it was replaced with anxiety lol
@Prvrtslut bruh I recently started consuming alcohol on my own but sad thing there's only rum 🥃 at our place 😭😭 and i too broke so i think my tolerance is 4 shots of rum( idk cause that's the only one I had) I had 3 shots last week and started to tremble while walking but it cuts out aniexiety for me but I was completely sober, just a little shaking so I think we should limit how much we drink 🤔🤔
@Jo Naah not gonna touch or drink the bottle of alcohol I bought. I hid it inside my closet lol. Good~ that you don't experience anxiety after drinking, but please don't drink alcohol when you're having an episode in order to temporarily stop your anxiety, 'cause that's where addiction kinda starts...
