He is a lawyer right? Well he wouldn't pass as private investigator or an agent then. But isn't it illegal to record someone without the other person's consent and recordings can't be use in court if it's done like that? In laymen's if you are involved in a conversation your okay, if you are overhearing a conversation mind your fing business. Most places/countries have some form of one party consent when it comes to recording conversations.
