@Chives i guess because yaoi is made for males and yuri is made for girls but no on rly cares about that also it might make some of the male readers Uncomfortable when there are straight girls reading also if you are a straight girl and say "reasons why i read bl : men are hot"  ur basically fetizing them since you are saying that about gay males just so yk

I'm a straight girl and I just love reading any romance story. Why cant we read yaoi too?...

Mlem, mlem some males read yuri some females read yoai, why? It's sorta akward seing your own gender with the same body parts as you bop bop-- though some readers (male/ female) do fetishiz, so it's okay for any male/ female to read things ment for diffrent genders, its the same way boys can play barbies and all of that
