@Xottan definately worth bcz it can only be used once on a target and what if u fail in that one try?
@Omanot Recorder of Eternity I don't think you understood the description I think it means cool down for use on a single target as in if you use it on the same person it has to be 18 days between each use but you can use it on different people instantly I think
