I like this manhwa very much but this is all just a virtual game is he never going to go back what abt the ppl in the real world? i know its for him to be healthy but what if he doesn't lose wait and instead nothing happens? is he gonna be able to relax and chill when he's in the virtual world for idk wherever in the furture he thinks its gonna be skinny and when he comws back ti the reak world he is still chubby it might have been years and years the time has changed and he has lost lots of his time on this game that hasn't done anything to help him.
okay even if he actually lost a lot of weight is he able to live in the real world or is he just gonna stay in a virtual world forever? beacuse the virtual world is definetly much easier for him than the real world. and its probably been like months since he's been in the game, and we've never seen him coming out before.
I'm just really worried for him If he actually loses his sanity in thus virtual world and decides not to or won't come out no matter what? when that happens does his father or whoever is still alive to care for him need to shut down the whole game? when they do and? Will our mc be able to understand that the game was shutdown and all his effort has gone down the drain?

I know he's a chill guy but he's probably gonna live in there for A LONG time for someone to actually close the whole game to get his sanity back so he must have gotten lots of achievements and then all of that down the drain he's definitely going to freak out or be really mad.
if the people the don't shut down the fame he might become I vegetable human that can only be met through a virtual reality, and remember that time when his friends that used to know him when he was in middle school or something I think he was really sacred abt them seeing himself the way he is however they did talk through that which is very nice but he is VERY self conscious so back to what I was talking abt at the start if it dosent really help he will probably live in the virtual world living in his non realistic 60kg body for the rest of his life

I don't even understand what you're even saying or how you got so much likes saying so many nonsensical misspelled words.
1. obesity is an issue, also a cause of death to many, so he literally is going through a diet right now, eating mostly low calories stuff + vegetarian food to go back to his healthy body again. The fake food in the game helps him cope with his extreme eating disorder. He also exercise as well before going back to the virtual reality. This can be referenced to the chapter when Kendo was mentioned, and it's clearly working as depicted in the past chapters.
2. He's not relaxing or chilling. He's in the game to have fun and enjoy the food. And this won't put a weight on him and it could make him desires food less since he ate so much already in the game. Since you don't think before you talk while understanding the plot, I'm sure you could re-read the first point and think it over again. Or even what I've said previously and it will make sense.
Also, If you also recall chapter 1 or 2, his dad literally told him to just have fun in the game and to not worry about anything else.
3. You logic makes no sense here. Why would he lose his sanity? Have any streamer or gamer lost their sanity playing games 10-15 hours a day?
4. It's heavily implied that his routine is physical exercises, eating low calories food, and going back to virtual reality to cope with his eating disorder. Again, don't forget that he has an extreme eating disorder where he can't stop eating. Again, it's a psychological therapy that could help him to not desire food as much. Kinda like if you're a smoke addict and you use virtual reality to smoke in place of doing in real life. Eventually you body will get used to not smoking as time passes since your brain and body has been tricked.
5. It literally wasn't even planned that he would be in the game forever or that would be his future... Are you just stupid? Where was this implied here or told in story? Which chapter was it? Last I recall, nothing was said about his future as of yet. It's probably going to be talked about once he's slim again. He's literally following his dad's will right now. It's not even his decision to play this game.
6. Lastly, I couldn't understand what you said on your second comment. Please learn how to speak first and foremost before writing nonsense. It's hard to understand when you're not using logic or reasoning in your paragraphs and even a kindergartener can write a proper paragraph with a proper syntax than you.
