@Shu Wei you hate him for the manipulation he does for his love wich basically is: so his love can rest, be happy, comfortable without worrying about useless stuff? And on top of that, being cared and loved?Â
Not every manipulation is bad... He himself is a dog if you look and really take attention to the story...
Basically, Both are dogs! He is calling him puppy with the meaning that he can take care of him and be close to him.
