Amazing start. I love how we're introduced to the FMC immediately, and she's someone who has a will to live! Usually, the slave fmc has already given up on life, so this is refreshing. The MC is a monster, and not a humanoid, and can't talk, which is also great. I hope that this quality is maintained throughout the story.
