So, I'm pretty sure it was established that this sets place in Germany. I am also from Germany and even tho I never ate something like a pretzel sandwich I've seen my friends and other ppl eat that sometimes. So I didn't think that was a weird Idea before you pointed it out.

@DecentDickDestroyer3000 lol im used to bagel sandwiches but not pretzels. I figured they were in Europe fairly early on the "mum" gave it away but I didnt know where exactly.thabk you.
@Kokoro ok, ok, next important question. Is like reg sandwich? Put whatever and yummy? Do the pretzels have to be like huge? Or just normal hot pretzel size? I need to try this.
@DuckDuckPossum where I come from the brezel is two palms(with stretched fingers) big. Quite big. There are smaller almost round brezel with only butter inside.
