from what i remember it actually had chapter 19...and in that the actor got really mad at the painter (I don't remember the names) because he thought the painter is still in love with his ex (ig the actor forcefully kissed him too)....the painter cried and confessed that the ex actually stabbed him in the past and he thought he was trying to stab him again if he didn't followed what he asked (like the kiss you saw between the painter and the ex)....the actor felt guilty and after a while packed his things and said he has to go out for filming and will be back after a few day
