"I just want to live quietly and comfortably" He is still thinking of that after becoming a disciple of the Heavenly Demon? No sense of crisis? No stress? Doesn't think ahead in the future about what he wants to do? Just thinks about lazying around.😑 Holy, his character traits are sh**. Author just made him lazy, dumb, talented in martial arts, (fast learner), brave( to the point to be ready to throw hands with a martial artist as a normal civillian). 🤦 Me, I probably can't even compare to him since with my horrible luck, I will probably emd up in a sh** body and die within the first month in this kind of world. However, comparing this story to other manhwa, it's like a 4/10(I'm being generous)
He wants a work life balance. Where he can socialise while having a work life. Which is why he asked for a break after each training session as mentioned before.
He was practically forced into becoming a disciple. If he didn't join become Heavenly Demon's disciple, the Heavenly Alliance would've killed him.
In the beginning, he was brave against the old man because he died silently in his past life. He wanted to at least die revolting against the old man, who supposedly killed his father figure and burned the inn.
He's not dumb. He's absolutely stressed. He certainly thinks about the future. And he definitely has a sense of crisis.
Being talented in martial arts is probably why he's the main character and was even CHOSEN to be the Heavenly Demon's disciple.
@Cat Garfield Half of what you said is right in my opinion. The old man offered him a place as his disciple and he still went on to try to fight him. He could've waited until he got strong enough to kill the old man. His death wasn't 100% sure. That's called a dumbass action. It's forgivable since you know, emotions can affect what we do. He DOES NOT have a sense of crisis. He asks for a balanced life as a disciple of the Heavenly Demon.🙏😭 That's already dumb. His master has probably hundreds of ennemies who want him and the people close to him to die yet the mc is trying to relax. Although the time he takes to rest is opinion based, I still feel he isn't maximizing his full potential which is the reaosn why I consider him lazy.
@Cat Garfield I agree, work life balance is his greatest desire and he put hosblife on the line to be able to rest at least enough to recover, one has to admire his perseverance to get that
