I understand that at the end of the day, its up to the reader to decide which ending they like most. But you cant possibly say that jihyun is the better option. Thats not the kind of love that supports and helps someone prosper. Which is what love ultimately should do regardless of the type.
Realistically the "golden retriever" yall keep going on about beats jihyun any day. Period.
