So I think Leon is looking a way to returned his power and look for cliff from the previous chapters Leon said that why did cliff left him and this chapters says that cliff's real body is a dragon but the mind image is human I think cliff is sleeping for many years now and I think cliff Is a dragon or a human I guess and I think that maybe cliff is sleeping in that deep cave
