@Axlery he had the right to succession to grand duke as part of the main family (brother of the former grand duke) but chose to give it up. He came back after teenaged theo had already taken on the title
@Axlery it's cause he is the uncle so maybe he was supposed to be the grand duke not our ml or something like that
@maggie2022 yes I think the uncle is supposed to be the head?? Because he's next in line(??)but didn't one the position so he left and only came back after theo become the head
