her eyes suggest that shes a horseman. and considering how we already saw Makima, Nayuta, Yoru, and Fami, she might be the Death Devil (white hair, omage to the white horse of death.) but then again, maybe its another Conquest Horseman like Makima and Nayuta, because Nayuta is obviously dead, however that would be too recent. so she is the Death Devil.
