@Closure You just need to understand it. And memorize and piece the storyline together like a puzzle. In my opinion it's not rushed. Those two have met before, the white hair wants to take revenge/is on a mission, I don't remember clearly but the vampire took a liking to him probably, it's possible that it's going to be troublesome if the white hair is gonna leave him, I think the black hair knows who the white hair is.
I always get a lingering feeling of sadness seeing children reading this....
