Ah-In gets his eyesight back. Seo Il-Mo is blinded by Ah-In and Ah-In keeps Il-Mo for himself (like Il-Mo did to him). The detective moves on as they continue to have copycat killers. And Ah-In and Seo Il-Mo live together "happily" ever after I guess.
