Yall be honest am I piece of sh**? Basically I woke up this morning and started making myself eggs. I heard my dad turn on his phone scrolling insta and asked if he wanted some. (for reference I live with my parents out of hs soon but I still got college and mortgage I definitely won't be able to pay for until I get my JD. I'm unfortunately not hitting the unc status like most of you 🥹✌️). He said "eggs...? No" and then he came out and asked me why I was using the plastic spatula and started talking about how it releases chemicals. So obviously a bit annoyed I asked him what spoon I should use. And he says the wooden one. So I grab it and continue cooking. And I don't remember the exact details but I start snapping at him and he starts talking about how he'd die tomorrow and that me talking back isn't good for his heart. And how I need to stop talking back. Mind you he came out first and started lecturing me after I follow his directions. And then later in the day I ask if he wants me to turn off the light. And when he asks why I respond with "to conserve energy" because he has gotten frustrated in the past when people leave on multiple lights. And now I know he was using it but it's 12am and he's lying down on his phone. Of course I would assume he'd fall asleep soon.
@ASDFGHJKL Then he gets pis*** and tells me how he finally found a moment of peace and how I come in there bitc**** and ruining it . ( I haven't talked to him since the morning since I had an assignment I needed to work on) I then retreat into my room where he aggressively opens it, turns of my light, and tells me "to conserve energy" 🤨 am I subtly pis**** him off or something because I asked him with a smile and joked about the conserving energy part and didn't turn off the light. I only asked if that's what he wanted. And suddenly I'm the mother****** who killed his joy. Fu** this I should move out. Ik this sounds heavily bias and looks like I'm not putting the full story but this is essentially how the day went
