@soya men can have boobas wether it be caused by fat in the chest/br3ast area(gynecomastia), or muscle. Man can also lactate, medically known as galactorrhea. His sister was giving him estrogen for multiple years as far as I'm aware which may explain his lack of growth. Not denying it's 100% fetishized by the author, just explaining
