@ivan I think it's just because the hobo version of him dresses really ugly and the punk one has like better fashion ?? im guessing he wears makeup so he looks different from when he doesn't but if not i think chiaki is just stupid

@ivan tbh same... but if you think about it,  superman and clark kent are unrecognisable from one and other bc of the demeanour, confidence not bc of the clothes...
