The reason her pregnancy is barely showing is because she's pregnant with two special, powerful twins who absorb the power of heaven and earth(explained by Mc's master) as they grow, taking a long time to form similar to Ne Zha(referenced by mc) whose mother was pregnant with him for over 3 years due to the special nature of his body.
