If anyone read the novel I hope they correct me because I think that the male lead loves the word phantom or ghost because of the MC since the drawing "isolation" made him connected with someone else and he wanted to find him and since the MC was and is on the run because of his cousin he couldn't find him that's why it's called "phantom" .Oh and English isn't my first language plz forgive me.
