If I remember correctly dude is cursed and it will kill those he loves... the saint woman is there as she made ml believe she can cure him... he doesnt love the saint... he didnt attend the birthday of their son cos he believed he found a clue to getting rid of the curse and thought ill get rid of it and they can be together from then onwards. But fl dies ml goes crazy cos he loved her.. and turns back time... he don't remember his past but fl does. The plot goes on i dont remember all of the spoiler but the separate after the curse is gone. But then the baby only appears in the side stories according to novelupdate spoiler site by the time the baby is born they are together again I think but the baby remembers the past life and is hesitant and distant around ml he is also a lot mature for his age... idk if its a happy ending or not... also my words are based on what others have said after reading the novel I don't know if these are 100%
