Do what I do, remove it completely from bookmarks and history + start a new manhwa + get 80 ongoing manhwas, that way you're reading at least 2 a day. On days where there are no updates, find another new one to read. It gets easier once you manage to skip 4 chapters.

I feel you. The only reason I got into mangas and manhwas was because I lack patience and needed to know the future seasons of my anime 😆 (i gained a new addiction instead, but that's a different story).

Today itself I had 14 chapter updates from various manhwas, they keep you busy and distracted.
