Vail suddenly woke up and realized Tie was gone. He panicked and shouted that there was an emergency. Basto immediately rushed out to find her, and Vail followed. Nordics tried to stay calm, thinking Tie had probably only gone to get water or use the bathroom. However, Nordics had worries of his own. Earlier he had briefly seen a strange little creature peeking out of Tie's bag. It looked alive and did not resemble any summon he knew about. This made him wonder if Tie was hiding something important which possibly be connected to Crazar's missing core. Nordics feared that if Tie was caught hiding something, it could cause huge problems for their mercenary group, especially because Supreme Commander Valentis Luminen was currently investigating matters in the area. When Nordics finally caught up to Basto and Vail, he found Tie standing safely in her pajamas.

But to his shock, she was not alone. Standing right behind her was Valentis Luminen himself. Nordics quickly tried to explain that Tie was only outside because she could not sleep. Everyone was nervous because Valentis is a very strict and serious man. However, to their surprise, he was actually smiling a little, something he almost never does. Valentis then invited Tie and all her companions to visit him in the capital in the future. After he left, Nordics immediately questioned Tie about what had happened. Tie sadly confessed that she had done something wrong. She explained that she wanted to see the Holy Knights' organizational chart because she thought it might help her find her father. Valentis had agreed to show it to her only if she honestly explained who she was and why she was searching for her father. Tie was afraid that if she told the truth, everyone would discover that she was not a powerful mysterious figure but simply a little girl. So after telling Valentis everything, she used the Seal of Oblivion to erase those memories from his mind. Because of this, Tie felt extremely guilty. She believed she had tricked him and thought of herself as a bad person. The members of her group comforted her. They told her that she had only done it to protect herself and that she had no other choice. They explained that Valentis forgetting her identity would not cause any serious harm, but if her secret was exposed, it could ruin her chance of finding her father. Their words helped Tie feel a little better.
