Fealta has to be one of the ten authors.. she's just way too intelligent, perceptive and scheming for a six year old (would explain the hair and clothes as well). idk, the only back story we got regarding Daisy's death is that she saw smoke before waking up in the story so it's possible that at least one of the other authors might've been in the same place and so they died at the same time as her and all reincarted into the story. just my theory
