in another translation of this chapter, he asks "do you have a wife" instead of"do you want a wife?"
but idk which is more correct

It's do you have a wife if you translate it from mandarin (I'm Chinese) it's also that's because he wants to test if he's the statue (he obviously is but like you know) and before the statue always wanted to protect him so he wants to know if he's the same person by trying to get information from like' do you have a wife' since if he did he would desperately protect her (I'm not sure if this really make sense lol'
