So this story is a total sh*t show. I don't know why I read this and why I looked at the raws...

The bottom gets constantly raped and beaten half to death.
The next stuff I puzzled together after reading the raws.
At one point they are both riding the same horse and the top fu*** the hurt (from ra**) bottom and seems happy seeing him bleed down there before putting his di** inside.
He kills many other people and in a later episode the top is totally drugged and makes some s**-slaves(?) race to undress bottom forcefully (maybe even ra** him?) and then doesn't seem to like it and kills everyone.
In one chapter he makes the bottom give him a blo**** in front of the queen(?) before fuc**** her? (not to sure about the fuc**** but she seems pregnant in the chapter after)
He pretends to be human in chapter 56 after bottom gets reeeeeally ill... D*mn f*cker
