Technically they don't end up together since the top will be married to another woman ALTHOUGH when the bottom died to an illness the top killed himself(not sure) and they'll end up together after being reincarnated.

@kittymeowz haven't read or found the novel, although somebody ik found it on ridibooks. Currently the novel doesn't have any english translation and is only on Korean, based on what I know

@I'm inside your walls The story is pretty good if you go with it although with the current chapter released, you should see it but if not try continuing since there's a lot of sweet stuff happening with the MC and ml
