That's too young. Most character have to be 18 for marriage and for doing those related things. Below 18 that is considered act of pedophile which is illegal

@Book it's pedophilia if the kid is prepubescent. If kids have hit puberty, it is no longer pedophilia, you're just a pervert and it's statutory ra**. This is a SUPER important thing to understand. Pedophiles like children who have not gone through puberty. Big difference than someone being 16.
