only time I have seen that happen is if enough members file a ticket through the contact MangaBuddy page citing the name of the manga and chapter(s) that are incorrect.
for best results, for each manga with a poor upload, post in the bad chapter’s comment section directions so other readers can file a joint complaint and MangaBuddy can eventually fix the issue. I don’t know if it’s a certain number of users or if it happens when the admin can get around to it.
