@Lazy_simp1 I don't think One knows 001. He left before Maya's arrival at Camp, and she's arrived here before him. If he heard about a "001 from Camp", wouldn't he think it designed his brother (our 002)?
And I think One is his trainee (?) number (like Ijin was 982 - not sure, but he was something before to be 001)

@Lazy_simp1 I'd assume he doesn't as he ask 003 how his little brother was doing. Off of just that he has no interest in what the camp was doing without him
