I have a question if that situation would happen in real life would it has counted as sexual assault/ra**? Like the top reape the bottom because the bottom was drunk and the top was sober but the bottom was really dominant if u know what i mean

wdym by dominant like usually the bottom would be doing the fuc*** i dont think it would be considered grape bc the bottom has total control on the situation since top is heavily under the influence they can be easily pushed away

amd is tuchy. The top is sober/non drunk and the bottom is extremely drunk and they have s**. If that would be wrong.
