Heonjae is a parasite; he always gets what he wants through pity and by appealing to his brother's compassion because he knows that if he shows himself vulnerable people will end up doing what he wants. Why do you think he started crying when Myeonggi rejected him for perfectly valid reasons? He didn't stop to consider Myeonggi's boundaries; everything revolves around him and his feelings. He's a repulsive character.
