this back story really allows you to understand the reason ian made certain choices perhaps he was only trying to stay with ken which is my theory after he got caght or to protect him he became a vampire as it wa sthe only way he could live on with ken and honestly thats rly sad because he hated the vampires that killed his parents and his parents hated them too
