This is when she actually meets Caitlin.  While returning to the mansion she saw Caitlin visiting so she was ready to avoid her but was caught 😭 so Caitlin apologised to Tia for that day so Tia says it's okay because it won't happen again and Caitlin is confused. So Tia asks her why she is here since there's still time for Lombardi Scholarship so she says she was here to meet the Patriarch for some other matters and she asks if she will be busy during Scholarship banquet so Tia denies it and Caitlin asks if she can introduce her to someone so Tia agrees.

So in the middle of the night Tia is in her room and reading a book but is unable to concentrate because she was thinking about the almost kiss with Perez 🤭 and that's when someone knocked on her door and she instinctively knows it's Perez 😌 he was actually visiting her because Caitlin told him that she looked quite troubled.
