This was a roller coaster story. I don't read many psychological stories since sometimes authors just magically create stressors for the MC or a plot twist out of nowhere just to make it more depressing. It's realistic, and even more so when the part where the MC spirals despite the efforts of the leads. And the leads admit when the MC can't be saved. It shows the POVs of the victim and the people giving support. Healing trul takes time and effort. My only con is the abuser does not get as much suffering as he deserves, but even that is real in today's society. It's a good story I’d say, but definitely not for everyone.
