It amazes me how parents can gamble and have over a million dollars debt and then let their kids pay the debt

Happened to an actress in Korea, her mother kept borrowing from her name even though she ewas raised by her grandmother.
But it can happen to parents too. Who have kids keep asking them honey thinking they owe itm
