I don't like how she treats/thinks about Male MC. Dude is literally the protagonist meaning he's broken.
No matter if u threw him away, he's still the mist important piece.
How can someone so smart be so stupid? If she can do everything and play 20,000 D Chess; then why cant she see how throwing the male protagonist away is foolish, nearsighted and close minded?

Yeahh, it's strange. After the whole testing the male lead, the story took a weird turn. I'm not enjoying it as much as before
Well, she said that she wanted to release him to him be free after controlling him and almost killing him, pretty sure she just regrets taking that route and using him that way and using the other pieces pretty much how her father use her to do the potion, and is not that she can't do it without him. I'ts weird how it was written, could have been better, but i believe that that is the thing that the author wanted to say... maybe
Its much more thrilling to see how will our Mc do those thing without the Male Lead. But I know for sure that she will be needing a help with the major characters.
It's much more fun if the story is unpredictable to be honest.
TLDR: MC thinks ML isn't as strong nor as ruthless as before and so he doesn't want him to die then regress and end the world
