Yes.
He had enough of Klopp so he ran away back to the back alley while he was heavily pregnant.
There he got gang raped by several men until Klopp found him.
Because of the raped he had a premature labour and gave birth to twins.
The raped and giving birth multiply times cause his body to be severly weakened and he died 3 days after the incident.
On his death bed he ask Klopp to tell him he loved him even as a lie but Klopp never did, he just silently took care of Aelock those 3 days......
After Aelock died Klopp bury him near the cabin Aelock lived in.....
As an additional info, pregnancy and giving birth for male omega is a huge burden for them. At most they can safely gave birth to 3 children but for Aelock he was forced to give birth to 6 children and all of them he never got to meet until his death except for Raphael who he met briefly...

There are 3 lives. The story @alicia told is the end of 1st life. After that they (klopp qnd and aelock) resurrect 2 times. In 1st resurrection, they don't end up together but in 2nd resurrection, they somehow end up together. To be precise, there is less agnst in 3rd life.
