Obvious loopholes in the story

@Drakensji the thing about renting periods for books is, that you don't have to wait the whole month to give it back, that's just the latest you are allowed to before getting some kind of punishment (like a monetary fee for example)

@Drakensji This is done so the user is forced to learn the book they're taking, because if you don't learn something in one month, you forget it and thus the library is pretty much useless, also, let's say, there was still the restriction of one book per month but you don't have to return it. Then all the user would have to do is wait one month and get a completely new upgrade every time and because they don't have to return it, they have that for ever and thus with minimal effort(almost literally none), they would become very op(funny because if it was that way, you still would've criticized it). But let's say there was no restriction for only one book per month(because apparently you don't need them), then all the user would have to do is just go to the library and in an instant they can learn all the books on the floor and since they dont  have to return anything, they has that for life.

@Drakensji the info is probably sent to his head for him to practice the martial arts without reading it before all the info he hasn't process is forgotten which is what the one month is for
