His body type is common, it's just a skinny body. Everybody need to calm down. It's like he's the first guy y'all seen that's skinny.

many centuries of anime from those years to now have depicted young boys drawn like this. big eyes, small mouth and a VERY small body will instantly make you think it's a small boy rather than a grown adult, this has been proven a lot of times including parents mistaking anime characters to being teenagers because thats how they're drawn
