No one except for him has nano. He got his from his decendant you know. Also in combat he uses Nano only to heal himself he can fight without Nano too.
@xotiic I think the author would have thought of that bcuz at this rate he will be stronger than anyone and no one will have strength to rival him so there is a chance another nano user could come but he is not weak even without nano
