I get the trope... G** knows I live for this trope but it's such a sad reality... Everyone is worth something and everyone has an equal chance of being loved regardless of their environment... It's just this pathetic difference of did you try to hide your worth or flaunt your worth or simply display it? All while making sure you don't get enamored by someone else's worth first. Loving someone who once vehemently claimed they would never love you because now miraculously they do is always going to be a toxic and uncertain love because you will never be able to trust your reality.

@ilovecookies Lol I just feel bad for the female leads in these types of manhwas because they are the only ones who remember the horrible way the male lead treated them in their past life or timeline and in this one the male leads always fall for them simply because the female leads finally just want some peace and don't want to be hurt. But I like these tropes because it is very satisfying to see the male leads get hurt the way the female lead used to be previously.
