After this, she'll wake up and her blue brother will blame her for everything, saying she did it on purpose to get attention. Penelope, tired of all this, confirms her brother's version and asks her father to basically remove her from the family registry so she'll no longer be part of the Eckert family, and she'll leave.
The father refuses, and her brainwashed blue brother started yelling at Penelope that she couldn't leave the house and to check Laila's room (he managed to remove the brainwash).
Things happen, blah blah, then Penelope realizes that Laila's face isn't reflected in the cup and begins to understand who she really is.
Then she finds Laila in her room looking for something, so she tells her to go away, and when she's behind her, she sees that her reflection isn't even in the mirror, and Laila uses her weird, shi*** powers to brainwash her.
He makes her see visions of her in her OG form dying alone on the bed of the first chapter, and that her relatives mock her because her death was also pathetic. (But none of that happened.)
