@Sofiathefirst he is.. The twin NEEDS those supplies for the "hounds" which I'm assuming is the hunt her that get food and other supplies for the villagers and stealing supplies is a war crime in a time like this off he did it for his child but it was bond to happen if you steal something in hard times when supplies are hard to find that bad but if it's for Gunther's that work their a** off and get hurt by the zombies on the outside they NEED healing supplies..
