@Ivern becuz in her past life he wanted to help her somewhat + they both want the revenge from same people.  If it was a random professional, she couldn't complete her revenge the way she wanted it cuz it's not is the company it's also to destroy the ex mentally. Plus he has good background and he's also a member of that family which I think works better in terms of getting the shareholders favor idk tho
